When a user loses or needs a replacement card, use the User Lost Card wizard in WorkFlows to assign a new card.
User Lost Card Wizard
- In WorkFlows, click on the User Lost Card wizard in the Users wizard group. 
 A User Lost Card helper is also available from the Checkout wizard. 
- Perform a search for the user that needs a new card, if not the current user. 
- Select the user and click on Assign New Card. 
- Scan or input the new library card number in the New user ID field. 
- Click Close. 
Notes
- A duplicate card is created with a LOSTCARD profile. These accounts are deleted nightly. 
- The wizard will add INACTVID and PREV_ID entries in Extended Info. These values are deleted nightly.
