User ID Manager

How to remove an Active ID showing up in a user’s account.


1. Bring up the user using the Modify User Wizard.


2. Click on the Extended Info Tab and identify the barcode to be removed.


3. Click on the User ID Manager helper in the upper left corner.

4. When you click this helper, a USER ID MANAGER box will appear. Click on the ID that needs removed, then click on the arrow to move it to the Inactive IDs column. *If the ID needing remove is not listed in this Helper, please create a ticket with us to have it removed*

5. Click on the ID again and use the arrow to move it to the Discard IDs column.

6. Then click on the OK button.

7. Look at the Extended Info tab. If there are any IDs in the PREV_ID or PREV_ID2 line, those need to be removed as well. 

 

8. Click in the PREV_ID line, then click on the Delete Row button.

9. Follow these same steps to remove the ID in the PREV_ID2 line.


10. When finished click the Save button to save the changes.
