When staff clicks on a patron's name in WorkFlows, staff can view patron details including a last activity date. This date is used in the annual patron purge as well as several reports in BLUEcloud Analytics.
The following activities will update the last activity date:
- Checking out an item
- Renewing an item
- Placing a hold
- Removing a hold
- Marking an item lost
- Billing a user
- Paying a bill
- Creating a user
- Logging into or taking actions in third party services, such as:
- Ohio Digital Library/Libby
- Hoopla
- Communico
- Self-check machines
