The SEO Library Consortium is committed to fostering resource sharing across Ohio. We offer a specialized "Borrowing Institution" status designed for Ohio Public Libraries and Correctional Institutions that are not full members of the consortium but wish to provide their patrons with access to our extensive shared collection.
By contracting with the SEO Service Center, your institution can bridge the gap in your local collection and offer your community access to millions of additional items.

Participation is open to the following entities located within the state of Ohio that do not currently hold full membership int he SEO Library Consortium.

- Correctional Institutions

As a borrowing non-member library, you gain the ability to request materials from SEO consortium members on behalf of your patrons, utilizing the robust SEO catalog.
How to Join
Joining as a borrowing institution is a straightforward three-step process:
1. Express Interest

2. Review Pricing
Based on your institutions funding, we will provide you with a quote. This ensures the partnership is sustainable and scaled appropriately for your organization.
3. Finalize the Agreement
If the pricing and terms meet your requirements, we will provide a formal contract. Once the agreement is executed, our team will assist you with the necessary onboarding steps to begin borrowing materials.
