WorkFlows Update Staff Client Message removal

This article will demonstrate how to remove the message "update staff client" when launching the WorkFlows client. 


Procedure:

  1. Go to C:\%Program Files%\Sirsi\JWF\Property and locate the stamp file.
  2. Open the stamp file and make the following changes.
  3. Ensure that the following lines have "3410" instead of another number:
    1. UPDATE|clients||upd_jwf.exe|Y||upd_jwf.exe|35001259|WF_UPDATE|
    2. FULL_UPDATE|clients||fupd_jwf.exe|Y||upd_jwf.exe|34121048|WF_FULL|

Once you re-open WorkFlows, the message should go away. Please call the SEO IT department if the issue still persists.
