Item Group Editor - Creating a Group

The Item Group Editor wizard (IGE) is available within a WorkFlows Tech or Manager login. 


After a list of items have been compiled, the list can be saved as a Group.  


Perform a search for items using either the Single or Advanced search option. After moving the items down to the Item List area, click on the Create Group button. 



For each group created, a name must be entered in the the Group ID field.   For each group you create, please start the name of the group with your library code.  Example: SEO TX Items. Only eighteen characters can be use in the group name.


A description can also be entered, up to seventy characters. If more than one person at your library uses IGE, it may be a good idea to include your initials. When finished click on the Create Group button.

 


There will be a confirmation that the group was created. Click on the OK button. 

Click on the Edit Items to make your changes.
